WORKING PRINCIPLE: The 3–6V Mini Submersible Water Pump operates based on a centrifugal mechanism, where electrical energy is converted into mechanical motion. When a DC voltage is applied, the internal motor rotates the impeller, creating a pressure difference that pushes water from the inlet to the outlet. Since the pump is submerged, it directly draws fluid and delivers a continuous flow.

MODULE STRUCTURE: The pump consists of a compact DC motor enclosed in a waterproof casing, coupled with a small impeller. The entire unit is designed to be submerged in water, with a nozzle outlet for directing flow. Its lightweight and sealed structure ensures safe and efficient underwater operation.

PIN CONFIGURATION: The pump has two electrical terminals: Positive (+) – Connect to the positive terminal of the DC power supply, Negative (−) – Connect to ground. Reversing polarity does not typically affect flow direction but should follow standard connection practices.

INTERFACE CONNECTION: The pump operates within a 3.3V to 6V DC range and can be directly connected to batteries or controlled using microcontrollers through driver circuits or transistors for switching.

OUTPUT FUNCTION: The pump provides continuous water flow with a rate of approximately 80–120 liters per hour, suitable for low-power and small-scale fluid transfer applications.

OPERATING VOLTAGE: 3.3V – 6V DC

SIGNAL CONDITIONING: The pump can be controlled using simple ON/OFF switching via transistors or relays. Speed and flow rate can be adjusted using PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) for controlled operation.

CHARACTERISTICS: Pump Type: Mini Submersible DC Pump, Operating Voltage: 3.3–6V DC, Operating Current: 130–220 mA, Flow Rate: 80–120 L/H, Maximum Lift: 40–110 mm, Weight: 10 g, Structure: Compact Waterproof Design, Operation: Continuous Flow, Low Power Consumption, Easy Maintenance

APPLICATION SCOPE: Suitable for DIY projects, aquarium water circulation, small irrigation systems, water dispensers, cooling systems, and educational experiments where compact size and low-power water pumping are required.
