Solenoid Valve (24V DC & 1/4 Inch)
WORKING PRINCIPLE: The 24V DC 1/4 inch Solenoid Valve (Normally Closed) operates using an electromagnetic coil to control the flow of fluid. When a 24V DC supply is applied, the coil generates a magnetic field that lifts the internal plunger, allowing water to pass through the valve. When the power supply is removed, the valve automatically returns to its closed position, stopping the flow. This enables efficient and automatic fluid control.
MODULE STRUCTURE: The valve consists of a solenoid coil, internal plunger mechanism, and a polypropylene valve body designed for durability and corrosion resistance. It features 1/4-inch inlet and outlet ports for easy connection to pipelines. The compact and lightweight structure makes it suitable for small and medium-scale fluid control applications.
PIN CONFIGURATION: The solenoid valve has two electrical terminals: Positive (+) – Connect to the 24V DC supply, Negative (−) – Connect to ground. Proper connection ensures reliable operation.
INTERFACE CONNECTION: The valve operates on a 24V DC power supply and can be controlled using switches, relay modules, or microcontroller-based systems. For automation, relay or transistor driver circuits are typically used to manage current safely.
OUTPUT FUNCTION: The valve controls the flow of water by opening when energized and closing when de-energized. It provides reliable ON/OFF flow control for automated systems.
OPERATING VOLTAGE: 24V DC
SIGNAL CONDITIONING: The solenoid valve is controlled through relay modules or transistor drivers. Microcontrollers can send control signals to automate valve operation based on sensors or programmed conditions.
