WORKING PRINCIPLE: The 12V DC 1/4 inch Solenoid Valve (Normally Closed) operates using an electromagnetic coil to control fluid flow. When a 12V DC supply is applied, the coil generates a magnetic field that lifts the internal plunger, allowing fluid such as water or air to pass through the valve. In the absence of power, the valve remains closed, blocking the flow. This ensures precise and automatic control of fluid movement.

MODULE STRUCTURE: The valve consists of an electromagnetic coil, plunger mechanism, and a compact valve body with inlet and outlet ports. It features a 1/4-inch push-fit connection, allowing easy pipe insertion without leakage. The structure is lightweight, compact, and designed for quick installation in small-scale systems and projects.

PIN CONFIGURATION: The solenoid valve has two electrical terminals: Positive (+) – Connect to the 12V DC supply, Negative (−) – Connect to ground. Proper polarity ensures stable operation.

INTERFACE CONNECTION: The valve operates on a 12V DC power supply and can be controlled using switches, relays, or microcontrollers. For automation, relay modules or transistor drivers are commonly used to handle the required current safely.

OUTPUT FUNCTION: The valve controls the flow of fluids by opening when energized and closing when de-energized. It enables reliable ON/OFF control for fluid systems with minimal delay.

OPERATING VOLTAGE: 12V DC

SIGNAL CONDITIONING: The solenoid valve is controlled using relay modules or driver circuits. Microcontrollers can generate control signals to automate the valve operation based on sensors or programmed logic.
