DISPLAY PRINCIPLE: The 0.91-inch OLED display module operates using Organic Light Emitting Diode technology, where each pixel produces its own light when an electric current passes through organic materials. Because every pixel is self-illuminating, the display does not require a separate backlight, resulting in higher contrast, faster response time, and lower power consumption compared to traditional LCD displays.

MODULE STRUCTURE: The module consists of a compact 0.91-inch OLED panel integrated with a controller circuit and communication interface. It features a 128 × 32 pixel matrix that produces bright blue characters on a dark background. The display board includes a small driver chip and four connection pins for power and I2C communication, making it suitable for breadboards and embedded development platforms.

PIN CONFIGURATION: VCC – Positive power supply input, GND – Ground connection, SCL – I2C serial clock line, SDA – I2C serial data line

INTERFACE CONNECTION: The display communicates using the I2C serial communication protocol, which requires only two data lines (SDA and SCL) in addition to power connections.

OUTPUT DISPLAY: The module provides a resolution of 128 × 32 pixels, allowing it to display text, small icons, system messages, and graphical indicators. The OLED technology provides excellent contrast and a wide viewing angle, ensuring clear visibility from different directions.

OPERATING VOLTAGE: The display operates with a power supply typically ranging from 2.8V to 5V, allowing compatibility with most microcontroller development boards.

PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS: Display Size: 0.91 inch, Resolution: 128 × 32 pixels, Display Type: OLED, Display Color: Blue, Dimensions: Approximately 3 × 1 × 1 cm, Weight: Around 5 g

APPLICATION SCOPE: This compact OLED display is suitable for applications where space is limited but clear visual feedback is required. Common uses include wearable electronics, portable measurement devices, IoT sensor displays, small robotics interfaces, battery-powered gadgets, smart meters, mini dashboards for embedded systems, and status displays in compact Arduino or microcontroller projects.
