WORKING PRINCIPLE: The 12V 5000 RPM Peristaltic Dosing Pump operates based on the peristaltic mechanism, where a motor-driven rotor compresses and releases a flexible tube to move fluid forward. When 12V DC power is applied, rollers rotate at high speed (5000 RPM), creating a consistent flow by squeezing the tube. The liquid does not come into contact with internal mechanical components, ensuring contamination-free and precise dosing. The flow direction can be reversed by changing the polarity of the supply.
MODULE STRUCTURE: The pump consists of a DC motor, a peristaltic pump head with rollers, and a flexible tube enclosed within a durable housing (often stainless steel or high-strength material). The pump head uses a buckle or screw-thread design, allowing easy removal for cleaning and tube replacement. The structure is compact, robust, and designed for high reliability in demanding environments.
PIN CONFIGURATION: The pump has two electrical terminals: Positive (+) – Connect to the 12V DC supply, Negative (−) – Connect to ground. Reversing polarity will reverse the flow direction.
INTERFACE CONNECTION: The pump operates on a 12V DC power supply (typically 10–14V range) and can be controlled using microcontrollers through motor drivers, relays, or PWM controllers for speed and flow adjustment.
