WORKING PRINCIPLE: A brushless DC cooling fan operates using an electronic commutation mechanism instead of mechanical brushes. The fan contains a permanent magnet rotor and stator windings controlled by an internal driver circuit. When a DC voltage is applied, the internal controller energizes the stator coils sequentially, creating a rotating magnetic field that spins the rotor and attached fan blades. This rotation moves air across electronic components, providing effective heat dissipation.

MODULE STRUCTURE: The fan consists of a compact square plastic housing that contains the brushless motor, high-precision bearings, and aerodynamic fan blades. The internal electronic driver circuit ensures stable rotation, low noise operation, and longer lifespan. The module also includes a 2-pin connector cable for easy power connection.

PIN CONFIGURATION: The fan uses two power wires. Red – Positive supply (+12V), Black – Ground (GND)

COOLING FUNCTION: The rotating blades generate airflow that removes heat from electronic components such as heat sinks, power modules, and processors. Continuous airflow helps maintain stable operating temperatures and improves the performance and lifespan of electronic devices.

OPERATING VOLTAGE: 12V DC

SIGNAL CONDITIONING: The internal brushless motor driver circuit manages commutation and ensures smooth operation with low electrical noise and stable speed.
